Summerisle Trading is a small but growing company.  Our website can help you make decisions and compare products without you feeling pressure to rush your order. We also have an Ebay shop and Etsy store.

 

Ordering

 

Have a look at our website and make your choices using the easy to use shopping cart. Once ordered you’ll receive it between 3 and 7 days later.

If you’ve left it almost too late for that last minute gift, get in touch and we’ll see if we can help.

Payment

The site has credit card facilities and Paypal. If you have any problems, let me know and I will see what I can do to help. I can also accept payment through bank transfer if arranged.

Process

​

We’re not into mass production!. Each product is designed and sculpted exclusively by myself, David Jermey for Summerisle Trading. Moulds are taken of the originals and products are cast using a dense plaster compound. Each piece is then hand-painted and hand-finished.

 We love to experiment with new finishes, making each ornament unique and individual. We pride ourselves on no two pieces being exactly alike.

Depending on the season and the vagaries of British weather, drying time can vary from a couple of days to a few weeks. With this in mind the  things on our website will change from week to week. If there’s a particular item that you’ve seen previously and would like, get in touch, as it may be almost ready. It’s always worth asking.

Refunds and Exchanges

​

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition so we pack your goods extremely carefully. If you receive a rare damaged piece, let us know then send it back  we’ll post out an immediate replacement. If you receive an ornament that isn’t what you thought it would be, please return it in the original packaging and we’ll gladly exchange it for something else or arrange a refund.
