Register

If you haven't done so already, please register on the wholesale Shop tab. As soon as I can I will 'approve' your account making it possible to see and use. If you have any difficulty, please get in touch and I will see what I can do to help.

Exclusivity

I realise for most businesses having a product only available through them is a massive bonus. I can supply you on an exclusive basis if you are prepared to order regularly or put in a big order. If this is important to your business please contact me to discuss. This usually only comes up in a location where there is more than one shop selling similar items.

Please dont ask me for exclusivity on the web, this isnt possible.

If you are an events trader, selling at festivals or one day events. I cannot make you the only person selling at the event as I have no way of knowing who else will be trading.

 

Ordering

There are several ways of ordering from us, the easiest all round is to use the website as selection and payment is handled all in one go. The Wholesale shop tab reflects stock that is on the shelf, so is straight foreward. Sometimes a customer wants to order some things that are out of stock or maybe even place an order before it is needed. This is no problem, let me know what you would like to order and I can invoice you electronically when the order is ready to ship. You can do this by email, text or on facebook.

Sending Direct to your customer-Dropshipping

Although the site is not set up for dropshipping as such, I can and do send direct  on behalf of my wholesale customers from time to time. If you need me to do this, contact me and I will organise this for you. The charge is wholesale £ of item + carriage (£5) + £2 packing fee. 

 

Minimum Order values

For the first order we ask you to spend a minimum of £100 plus £10 carriage. We can offer FREE carriage on orders over £150. On subsequent orders there is no minimum order value. 

Payment

The Web site is set up for credit card payments and Paypal. I can also accept Bank transfer and cheques with prior agreement, contact me first.

Delivery

From ordering, delivery is usually 3-7 days sent through a reputable courier like UPS or DHL. If you need an order urgently for an event deadline please contact me to let me know and I will do whatever I can to help.

Small orders under £50 can be sent via collectplus for a reduced rate of £5 but take at least 3 days.

substitutions

Although the website generally reflects the stock on the shelf at the time of ordering, mistakes can still be made making an item you ordered unavailable. The reason for this happening can vary from miscounting or more usually an item being sold elsewhere and not registering on the site. Sometimes it is as simple as the last one got broken whilst packing.

In most cases I will let you know the situation before sending and offer a substitute product. For this reason it is important to let me know your contact details. If you dont supply contact details or respond to my messages I will make the assumption that you don't mind.

If this situation happens before a booked courier is due to turn up, it may not be possible to contact you in time, In this instance I will make a substitution using my own judgement.

PLEASE NOTE; Substitutions are made using some common sense on our part. If your whole order is made up of greenman plaques, we wont replace one with a witch!

 

Breakages etc.

We pack our parcels really well and can go for months without a single breakage. However breakages do happen from time to time no matter how carefully packed. We know how distressing this can be. If this happens, let me know as soon as possible. Please take some photos of the box they came in and photos of the items broken as this allows us to claim against the carrier. If this happens to you I can resolve the situation by Refunding the amount of the broken items or by sending replacements if possible.
